Belgium is world-renowned for its exquisite chocolate. To share this passion and expertise with like-minded chef chocolatiers, Syntra has established a brand new expertise centre in collaboration with Belcolade:
Chocolate University Belgium.
From May 28th until June 1st, chocolate professionals from all over the world can attend 1 week of exclusive master classes, held by our own technical advisers.
In May 2018, Chocolate University will organise a week of exclusive master classes in picturesque Bruges, Belgium.
The week will centre on the theme of flavour, which we will approach from four focal points:
The master classes will be given by leading chocolatiers and experts from a range of specialist areas, among whom : Dominique Persoone, Stéphane Leroux, Michel Eyckerman, David Redon and many others.
